The CSEM (SCGI)is a not-for-profit corporation whose head office is located in Kingston, Ontario. 

The CSEM is governed by its Board of Directors who are elected by the membership annually at the Annual General Meeting. Participation in CSEM is purely voluntary and the Directors receive no remuneration for their services.

The Board of Directors meet on an as-needed basis by teleconference to discuss financial and business items relating to CSEM.

Presently, the Board of Directors comprises the following persons:

Tony Howard, P.Eng., Calgary, Alberta
